Shake the Stacks - Part II
On October 26th the Shake the Stacks Organization put it down once again. The show was off the “heezy fo sheezy”. Boom Bap Project, Candidt with K.C. and Oldominion represented Hip Hop to its fullest. Damon Knight from KUBE 93 FM hosted the event, and relayed to the youth how important reading is in order to succeed in life.
Candidt and K.C. opened up for the event. They have a creative style of Hip Hop, and Boom Bap Project followed. They brought the house down with their energy. This is a group to be on the lookout for! Karim and Bishop I were the only crew members there to hold it down for Boom Bap Project. Bishop I has mad freestyle skills! The crowd was left in a daze.
DJ Tre finished the crowd off with his untouchable turntable skills. Last but not least Oldominion’s Pale Soul, Onry OzzBorne, PG-13, Bishop I, Karim, DJ Tre, and Gash left the crowd with a treat. Boom Bap Project and Oldominion all are family, and work together in laying down tracks. Oldominion is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
Much respect again to the Shake the Stacks Organization, and to the security that kept the event positive. Shake the Stacks Organization is looking to have another show around February 2002. Be on the look out Hip Hop heads!
