A different style of nightclub, a funky fresh haven for urban youth that’s who. Having been revamped by new management the former Art Bar, now club Noc Noc has gotten more than a new face. Once commercially blingin’ the club brought in the good and the real bad once upon a time. Now Noc Noc has made strides to squash the past and create a different kind of artistic experience. With a contemporary new look, that is both intimate and friendly at the same time. The welcoming faces at the door say Noc Noc is a place where people you want to see stop by. They stop by to appreciate the music, a mix of classic hip hop cuts, dancehall reggae and a little bit of soul. Here you won’t step in and feel like you just turned on the radio. They stop by to be included in the camaraderie and familiarity that has been created by mutual respect amongst the staff. Another vibe that resonates here is the effort put out to produce and maintain the right formula of people and music. Headed up by the owner and followed through by his crew; the goal here is to build something meaningful, a place that isn’t measured in dollars and cents. This team invests to the fullest, in the image that is being presented from the door to the floor up the walls and down the halls. And what's the product of all this effort? Loyal customers who realize good music is out there waiting to be heard and who realize that at Noc Noc you get all the fixin’s without the drama. Don’t get me wrong; there are still a lot of the young and the restless roaming around. They’re just too busy feeling the funk.
